  2. To do this, complete the entire online check-in process (details and payment) so that our team can have all the documentation ready.
  3. Once you have entered your details and paid for the car hire, your booking will automatically be upgraded to ‘priority collection’. This means you can collect your car via the priority check-in.
  4. Please note: you can collect it from our offices in Lanzarote, or we’ll deliver the car to you at no extra cost or hotel or location you specify. If you complete the booking in full including your details and payment, your booking will be among the first to be processed.

  1. If you’ve already booked with Elizabeth Rent a Car, don’t leave it until the last minute. Complete your booking online and upgrade your Standard Check-in to Priority Online Check-in completely free of charge.
  2. Access “My Booking” using the link we’ll send you by email and WhatsApp.
  3. Complete the required driver information.
  4. Pay for your booking online before your scheduled pick-up time.
  5. That’s it! Your booking will automatically be upgraded to Priority Online Check-in.
